Bio-Psy/ENP transgenic mouse database
-Regulators : Poncer Jean-Christophe (INSERM - Institut du Fer à Moulin)

-Content : This database provides detailed information about transgenic mouse strains available within Bio-Psy and/or ENP labs. We encourage all users to post data and comments regarding their use of these strains (eg specific applications used). Please note that MTAs may have to be signed before sharing some of these strains. These formalities are under the entire responsibility of the receiving and donor labs.
ENP Antisera database
-Regulators : El Mestikawi Salah (UPMC), Poncer Jean-Christophe (INSERM - Institut du Fer à Moulin)

-Content : This database provides information about antisera, either homemade (eg from the team of Salah El Mestikawy (INSERMU952, CNRS UMR7224, UPMC), or from a commercial source, used by ENP teams. These antisera are used for either immunofluorescence and/or immunoautoradiography and/or western-blot experiments in either rat, mice or human brain tissue. We also invite you to visit Benchwise, a similar service provided by Stanford University.
ENP Viral-based gene transfer network
-Regulators : Poncer Jean-Christophe (INSERM - Institut du Fer à Moulin)

-Content : This database provides information about viral vectors available within ENP affiliated labs. Those originally produced by the ENP platform (LV only) are available to the ENP community. Others may be available upon request to their owners. A starter LV kit comprising 4 GFP-expressing vectors with various promoters and pseudotypes is available to all ENP teams upon request to Martine Soudan. The kit may be used to specify the best combination of promoter/pseudotype for your application. All users are strongly encouraged to post feedback on all vectors, including the starter kit. Feedback may include figures which will be made available to the community.
